Terms and Conditions of the Motion Trio Store by Akordeonus

 


Online store, operating at motiontrio.com, is run by AKORDEONUS company, entered into the register of economic activities under number 5687/2004 in Krakow on November 17, 2004, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 944-107-12-87, National Business Registry Number (Regon) 356887875, with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Bobrowa 36.

  1. The online store conducts sales of goods via the Internet.
  2. Orders are accepted through the website store.akordeonus.com. Immediately after placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation of the order with a link to the order status.
  3. The processing of an order begins upon its receipt and change of status from "pending" to "being processed."
  4. The order will be fulfilled provided that the goods are available in the store's warehouse or from its suppliers. In case of unavailability of certain items included in the order, the customer is informed about the order status and makes decisions regarding its fulfillment (partial fulfillment, extended waiting time, cancellation of the entire order).
  5. A limited number of items are designated for promotional and clearance sales, and the fulfillment of orders is based on the order of confirmed orders for these items until stocks run out.
  6. At the customer's request, an invoice with Value Added Tax (VAT) will be issued for the order. The VAT invoice is issued when all the ordered goods are assembled and ready for shipment.
  7. The customer can make changes to the order until the invoice is issued. The customer can cancel the entire placed order until it is shipped. Changes and cancellations can be made electronically by contacting the Customer Service Office at shop@akordeonus.com.
  8. All prices are stated in Polish Zloty and include VAT. The price specified for each item at the time of placing the order is binding. The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods in its offer, introduce new products to the online store, conduct or cancel promotional activities on the store's website, or make changes to them.
  9. Orders are processed within three working days from the date of payment receipt.
  10. Shipments are delivered by Poczta Polska (Polish Post) - registered-priority mail with a delivery time of 2 days. The fees and conditions of shipment delivery by Poczta Polska are applicable.
  11. The customer can choose the following payment methods for the ordered goods: bank transfer or online payment via PayPal.
  12. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product," the customer can return the purchased goods within 10 days from the date of receiving the shipment without providing a reason. This is possible only if the goods have not been used, copied, or damaged in any way. The returned items must be complete. Factory-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal or security measures have been removed, or the box has been damaged. CDs, DVDs must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (with the seal intact, the box undamaged). The returned goods should be sent together with the received invoice/receipt and the printed and completed return form. The store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 5 working days via bank transfer to the customer's indicated account or by postal order to the address provided in the order. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.
  13. Complaints: In the event of mechanical damages observed during delivery or if a complaint is directed directly to the seller, the customer should return the defective product by postal mail to the address of AKORDEONUS store, ul. Bobrowa 36, 30-381 Krakow, Poland. The store does not accept any shipments sent cash on delivery. The returned goods should be accompanied by the invoice/receipt and the printed and completed return form. Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment with the claimed product. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another item of equal value. If that is not possible anymore (e.g., due to stock depletion), the store will refund the equivalent amount to the customer or offer other available items for selection. The store reimburses the costs associated with returning the claimed goods immediately after a positive complaint resolution. Differences in the appearance of goods delivered compared to those displayed on the store's website, which may result from different settings (parameters) of the customer's monitor, do not constitute a basis for a complaint.
  14. AKORDEONUS store fully protects the personal data of customers making transactions and does not use them for any purposes other than those necessary for the proper execution of transactions. At the same time, it informs that the provided data may be modified by the buyer after logging into the store's website.
  15. The sales agreement is concluded between the Customer and AKORDEONUS Company, ul. Bobrowa 36, 30-381 Krakow, Poland. The voluntarily provided personal data is administered by AKORDEONUS Company. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the online store and for the marketing purposes of the data administrator. It is notified that, apart from entities authorized under the applicable law, the collected personal data will not be disclosed. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. The acceptance of the terms of the agreement is required before finalizing the order.
  16. The sales agreement for goods is governed by Polish law.
  17. The court having jurisdiction to settle disputes arising from the sales agreement is the court having jurisdiction over the defendant's registered office or the court having jurisdiction over the place of performance of the agreement.
